Paul Woods, broker of Paul Woods Realty was born in Louisa, Kentucky, and brought up on the family farm at Mt. Sterling, OH. He returned to his native Kentucky, where upon the completion of his Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics at the University of Kentucky, he began his professional career at a family owned bank in Ashland, Kentucky. After attaining 7 years banking experience, he decided to devote himself full-time to real estate and founded River City Properties, a full service real estate company offering residential resale, commercial and farm properties as well as property management and appraisal services. He was also the former president of the Ashland Kentucky Board of Realtors. In 1986 Paul sold his company in Kentucky to move south and join Florida's largest real estate development corporation at the time where he held the positions of Director of Community Marketing, Sales manager, and General Manager in 3 different Florida communities. Paul was the Vice President and Broker of a branch of Jacksonville's largest real estate company. On April 1, 2002, Paul Woods Realty opened with Paul Woods as Broker. Due to the rapid expansion and growth of the company, in May 2005 we relocated to 644 Cesery Blvd., Suite 310. Paul is very active in his support of the Jacksonville community. He is a member of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce and serves as a Director on the Arlington Council. Other activities include Trustee, First Presbyterian Church, Worshipful Master of Solomon Lodge #20 F&AM, Paul Harris Fellow, Rotary Club of Arlington, Chair of Local University of Kentucky Alumni Association, and Director of Jacksonville Economic Development Company. In addition, he volunteers at Angelwood for the developmentally disabled and The Sanctuary on 8th Street.

In the early 1990's Debbie worked in the Real Estate profession, in both Property Management and Residential Sales. The last 12 years she's been in church! Literally - working for the Presbyterian U.S.A. denomination. This is an exciting time at Paul Woods Realty, which has expanded to a skilled team of licensed Real Estate professionals as well as the addition of an in-house maintenance team. With all these factors in place, she knew it was time to return to Real Estate and join a team headed by her life partner and his great team of exciting, innovative, and above all- dedicated professionals.
